Offshore Pipeline Ball Valves

Offshore Pipeline Ball Valves

Category:

Offshore pipeline ball valves are built around a full bore design that lets pigging tools pass through the valve without obstruction, which matters on subsea and topside pipeline sections that require regular internal inspection. Double block and bleed functionality is typically standard, allowing operators to isolate a section and vent trapped pressure between the two seats without breaking the line. Materials and coatings are selected specifically for splash zone and subsea exposure, where corrosion resistance carries as much weight as pressure rating.

Common Applications

  • Subsea and topside pipeline isolation
  • Pigging operations requiring full bore passage
  • Double block and bleed isolation points
  • Splash zone and offshore platform service
